I only watched the first several episodes, apparently when Bubba was in his dumber phase.
It stopped watching because I thought the themes were getting quite repetetive, and frankly I've never liked the smart mouth, verbally whiplashing old folks character (Momma, Sophia Petrillo etc). Aging shouldn't be used as an excuse for being ill mannered.

No, Allan Kayser was the ONLY Bubba. He made his debut on the episode when Fran (Rue MacClanahan) died.

I have some info for you guys from my own personal experience. After Mama's Family ended, he married and moved to his wife's hometown, Raytown, MO. It was ironic because the setting for the TV show was a fictional town called Raytown. He worked with his brother-in-law operating a vending machine business. This is how I got to know him.

I did work out with him a few times at the gym, and yes he is definately a red head! He had a HUGE jungle of untrimmed, bright orange pubic hair.
