    Glute workouts?

    Hey everyone, was just wondering if anyone has a specific glute workout they like that they felt matched my aims, I was hoping to get my butt to look a lot more bubbly/put a few inches on it as opposed to its current state that I'm not a huge fan of.

    Current staus is fine, DA. But will admit your Basic Aim is something to shoot for.

    Many gyms have machines designed to work the glutes. Squats with weights are no doubt the best. But I think you look fine as you are.

    never skip leg day as they say, sqauts will do wonders try going to the gym and using all of the leg machines. Make ur legs stronger and glutes will follow

    I agree with the others, absolutely nothing wrong with your current butt. Its very nice. I'll also agree that the leg machines at the gym will help build and tighten your glutes. I know this sounds silly but walking backwards on the treadmill will also help quite a bit. Slow the treadmill way down and walk backwards. Its a bit awkward at first but you'll get used to it rather quickly and you'll def notice the results. I have several clients that do it as part of their glute routine and its helped relieve some of their symptoms
