However, this is not the point, the video was leaked by persons unkown and luckily I had the foresight to copyright the original and therefore get it legally removed from sites that were publishing it.

In regards to Jamie, he has every right to be whatever the hell he wants to be. He and I met when we made the video, and have been great friend and nothing else since. I also count his fiancee as a very good friend.

Seriously guys, there is plenty of legitimate porn out there, I know I have fuck loads of it. Please spend you time watching that, not something that was meant to be private and now upsets people."

I was amused to read the comment "I had the foresight to copyright the original." With what copyright agency would it have been registered, I wonder, since such agencies are there to gather performance royalties. Also, if he were to sue someone for breaching the copyright of a sex tape, bearing in mind the huge costs of engaging lawyers to do the suing, can you imagine all the publicity that would ensue, thus defeating the object of keeping this tape secret? And what if the court decided that a tape of two guys having a fuck wasn't copyrightable material in the way that music and film videos are and threw the case out? The complainant would then have to foot the bill for the cost of the trial. Anyway, I assume no lawsuit has been issued, unless someone else knows for sure.
