I am in no why the most physically fit human being on this earth but I have a problem with one who is! My friend is dating this incredibly attractive straight guy! Bulging muscles (all of them), perfect personality, amazing person all around! Anyways, he knows I'm gay and that I'm interested in him but I need help finding ways to either telling him upfront that I like him or getting him out of my head forever! Please help!!!!

Yeah everyone is right. Find a way to get him out of you head. It's possible. He is completely off limits. You will risk losing a friend and still single. Not worth it IMO

If a 'Straight' guy is dating a 'Gay' guy he's not straight, simple as that.
Anyway, either just keep distance from him, keep yourself distracted, if he does become single then you may try to go for him, if your friend seems okay with it.
