it's a lot more erotic when the people involved are enjoying themselves, mentally as well as physically. It's probably a mix of machismo, nerves and the fact that it's a job. try looking up more amateur stuff by real couples on tube sites. People that know each other IRL tend to have a lot more fun having sex than strangers or just social acquaintances do.
