Remember when George W. Bush was president, and political comedians were able to get an infinite amount of material from mocking his missteps and slip-ups? Apparently, even though the Bush presidency is long over, the Internet jokesters at the Daily Currant have gone retro on us and released a bumbling Dubya hoax that seems to have come straight from 2004. The parody news source claimed that Bush became confused by the electronic voting machine and accidentally cast a vote for Obama, in spite of his requests that election officials give him a redo. In spite of the story's fictional Bush quotes, such as "everything was mismaladjusted on the screen," the spoof story still fooled The Daily Kos and numerous smaller blogs. Sorry guys, you're going to have to dig a little deeper to get your Bush bashing fix this time.
