Quite honestly I'm not sure you have anything to worry about in regards to the 'friendship'. What leaped out at me is the fact he admitted to doing things with guys, but only for money..an easy means to an end. Hustlers know how to read people. In my cynical mind his having sex with you was only to give you what he knew you wanted in exchange for getting what he needs (a place to stay). Here's a question: Why didn't he want to continue to stay with the other friend?

Of course this is all speculation. I don't know either of you. Perhaps he was genuinely curious and wanted to explore man-on-man to determine his orientation, but I have my doubts about that. Why would he ask if this was what you wanted since the first time you saw him? My guess is he already knew the answer to that or at least suspected.

However if none of the above is true and this guy can be taken at face value, I would suggest not bringing it up so soon. Sex can affect friendships positively or negatively and you need to take your time and guage his reaction. Don't make it something that HAS to be discussed right away. Just as he took the lead in initiating everything let him take the lead in discussing it. Also become clear about what YOU want from this friendship. Do you want things to go back to being strictly platonic? Are you open to an friend with benefit situation? Being clear on what your own needs/wants are will save you a lot of time and confusion. Gotta agree with newt72 on this one. And sorry, but I have to add the worn out saying that guys who have ANY kind of sex with other guys, are NOT straight. What's up guys. I wanted to say thanks for all the comments. I have some updates from this past weekend.
