I learned many, Many, useful things in Cubs, and Boy Scouts. Not only how to tie knots, tap out Morse Code, pitch a tent (Yeah! A 'real' tent!

), dig trenches for rain runoff (and other things), build and start a fire, and cook scrambled eggs, bacon, and taters, over that fire!

Just got through boy scouts last year. Lots of first there. First oral when I was twelve, first anal when I was 16, all during scouts outing. Honestly, the only reason I stuck with it was the guys. I think back in the days when I was in Scouts it was more common and easier to jack in front of your tent mate.

There was less porn available so if you had a buddy that had some there is a good chance you would try and get to "use" it - so it may or may not be your first time...

It used to be very common - open showers in gym class and showers were required.

They no longer make the kids shower after gym class and in many schools I understand they have taken the showers out.

It is a funny time when 2 guys the same age can be in such different stages of development - one of my best friends back then - I was a good foot taller than he was but he was so much more grown up physically - he already had a 5 o'clock shadow when I was still able to count my pubic hairs!
