I LOVED IT! I feared that I wouldn't be able to distance some of the actors from their characters from last season, but they're completely different!...but kinda similar when I think about it. I'm obsessed. I loved the homophobia in it because it was so true to the time and unexpected. UGHGHGGH! I can't wait for next week!

I loved it. Lana and Kit are much more likable as protagonists than the Harmons were last season. Some people complained about the aliens and the show not being scary enough, but what would they do for the rest of the season if they gave us everything tonight? And I'm interested in seeing how they whole alien thing ties into the plot.

But the story. The story. I actually care about seeing what happens next. I don't think anyone on this site could watch it and not seethe at Lana being locked up to be "cured." I'm pulling fa her.

Also, I hope they're not getting rid of Jenna Dewan-Tatum already. I love her husband.

Yes! They thought they were finnta escape, and they thought wrong. She's my favorite character. Those two and the sex addict can rot.

I have a hunch that as this season goes on Jenna will make her way through the rest of the asylum, showing us all of the rooms we're experiencing in the flashbacks in modern day, like Sister Jude's office, the common room, etc. and eventually find that secret tunnel homegirl is feeding those forest beasts through. Then she'll probably escape the asylum and get eaten.

It just gets better and better. I actually like it more than the original now, there is just so much happening.

I loved seeing Frances Conroy on the show as the Dark Angel, she did a fantastic job. Also nice to see her reuniting with James Cromwell (both were in Six Feet Under)... Hopefully they will have a scene together. A lot of shows today are lacking people their age, especially ones aimed for young people. They pull it off well.

Zachary just gets better and better each episode Love his character.
