In Italy, the area where I live (SOUTHERN ITALY), the dumplings are eaten BEFORE lunch.

Yes, I like vegetable lasagna ... even the white lasagna (with bechamel sauce, cheese, sottiletta).

But the best lasagna is the italian tradition ... Tomato sauce, mincead meat, baked ham, bechamel sauce.

Because red meat is bad. Veal. You have to eat a little.

In America there is high consumption of red meat and pork. Especially the bacon that makes the heart sick. The American sauces are poison for the body.

Take four potatoes, remove the skin, take the carrots and remove the peel. Put them in a pot with water and boil. When they are ready, cut the potatoes (pieces) and carrots. Put on crude olive oil and a little salt. Italian dish healthy.
