I heard that too. If you break the Wellness Policy 3 times, the wrestler's contract will be terminated. Obviously, WWE doesn't want to get rid of Orton, so they're using injury to cover it up.

It irritates me that the main eventers are getting special treatment. If it was a mid-card wrestler that did this, they would get rid of them without even thinking about it.

Agreed. Davey's one of my favorites. Really intense, not gimmicky and a damn good wrestler. His match with Tyler Black at Death Before Dishonor VII (in 2010) is one of my all time favorite matches, both in terms of the storytelling and athletism AND in just plain hotness.
