Lots and lots of guys are really into being submissive -- there is something that satisfies a very important need for many people. However, as an older man who loves younger men, it is hard for me to find a sexually dominant younger man.

I appreciate that this was posted some time ago but I've just joined and it describes exactly how I feel.
When I was working I was in a position of authority.
