I am just back from hospital with my mum. She is doing okay. Her appointment was at 7 this morning, so to be at her place around 6 I had to wake up super early, even though I almost did not sleep, for fear of oversleeping... By 8, she had been x-rayed and seen the doctor and were heading home, but I had to wait 'til the drugstore open at 10 to refill her prescription of pain killer.

I going to take a long well deserve nap this after-noon.

I am glad that our dynk is doing ok, with all that white-shit-magedon that fell upon his corner of the planet Earth!

In the mean time, she recently bought a new bed for herself, and when it was delivered yesterday, it was way to high for her to climb on in her condition, so I went this afternoon to get her a two-steps stool, and she seems very happy with it.

And I'll go again tomorrow to do her laundry...

I am just back from hospital with my mum, and the prognosis is not good: she will remain with a deformation, she will need to be in her cast for another three weeks, she will need to wear a splint after that for god knows how long, and she will need physiotherapy... At least the doctor is very nice and rather easy on the eyes, and he does not let his patient suffer needlessly: he prescribed a rather powerful pain killer (dilaudid)...
