Presently I think Francois Sagat is perhaps the most famous gay porn star currently out there.

Beside doing porn, he's a print model for German designer Bernhard Willhelm as well as appearing in other ads for other fashion houses in Europe. He also appeared in a couple of mainstream movies. One of the "SAW" movies as well as having a co-starring role in a high-profile French film called "Homme au bain." I mean he's not a supporting player in that film. He's one of the main stars.

In terms of the media in the mainstream...he seems to be the one. IMO.

Of course the fact that he has achieved most of that mainstream success in Europe speaks volumes of how Europeans are more acceptable of stars from gay porn then Americans are. When it comes to sexuality, we Americans, are always ten steps behinds. LOL.
