Kingdom Hearts was a bitch to beat. Be sure to contact me if you have any problems with it. Luckily, the sequel was less complicated. The only complaint I have with it was the number of cut scenes. OMG, I couldn't play that game for 2 minutes without a cut scene popping up.

KH was the first game that actually got my hubby sucked in. He'd love to watch me play it. I'm usually the type that likes to try to get 100% completion in RPGs if I can.
I remember wanting to pull my hair out trying to beat the optional boss Sephiroth in the arena. When I finally did after like 25 tries, I just ran around the house for a minute or so rejoicing.

I got that game last year and still haven't figured out how to play it right! LOL

Even worse, somebody got me "Sims 2: Pets" this past Xmas and it's still unplayed - but I did get one of those "Brady" game books or whatever they're called for S2P, and will have to read it over.

The instruction books that came with both S2 and S2P are equally vague and don't tell you shit.

I'm referring to the Playstation 2 versions, by the way.

I like the PC versions better than the console versions because in the PC version you don't have to play missions and stuff, you can just live out your life without having to do things like the console version does.

But bad thing with the PC version is that you need to have a really kick ass computer to run the games or else they'll lag.

I mainly play RPG's (Final Fantasy, Star Ocean, Xenogears) when I have the chance, but I do like adventure games (Zelda, Champions of Norath, Kingdom Hearts) and some fighting games (Virtua Fighter). On occasion I'll play racing games (Gran Turismo).

Yeah same here. I bought the Sims 2 the day it came out (counted down from three months before I bought it) and haven't played for more than a couple hours simply because none of my three computers can handle it. Even when I upgraded to a laptop that didn't work.

Now I plan on getting a Macbook Pro, so I KNOW it won't work, lol.

If your an Rpg/adventure type of guy may I suggest playing Suikoden 1, 2, 4, or 5
(dont play 3 cuz it kinda sux and Suikoden Tactics its alrite) Its an awesome game!

Ah, I hated Kingdom Hearts II. Granted, I did eventually just give up with it.

To me it seemed too much like the first one, with you travelling between random worlds and going on pointless side-quests for no reason at all. The actual plot of the game was so spread out between stupid mini-games that I couldn't even follow it.

Though a friend did tell me that it doesn't really get into the game story until later on, so I may end up giving it another shot sometime.

At the moment I'm working my way through FFXII and loving it.

Loving FFXII? Really. I HATED that damn game. It was one of the single most boring RPG experiences ever. I'd rather sit through the 2 hour long cinemas of Xenosaga. I just couldn't get into the story of FFXII. It was way too political, and I felt it needed to invovle the characters more. I have played each and every FF and loved them all, even the retarded X-2, and I kind of liked FFXI. This is the first one that left me utterly bored. I think I had more fun with FFXI, and that was pretty damn boring.

xbox 360 gamer here. I play mostly FPS like GOW and the soon to be released Halo 3. I also like the Dynasty Warriors series and Resident Evil series too.

Yeah it's really not up there on my list of top FFs, but it's different. The story is pretty weak and the characters are really underdeveloped, though I still find myself liking it somehow.

I tried to like it. It just didn't feel like FF to me.

I like, uhm, action games like Mario and Zelda, or Racing and Fighting games. I like RPGs a lot if they are well done. I also enjoy rhytym games a lot. And last but not least, mini-game type games like Warioware. I like anythin that is over-the-top and crazy. I dont like "serious" type games, cept for a few exceptions maybe.

Dammit I just got that game and it's boring! ugh! I'm suffering going through FFVIII for nothing......Sorry I have to beat them in order and for some reason I find FFVIII really boring so boring that I've gone over 99:99.......well at least I'm almost about to complete my collection . I personally like platform games...Ratchet & Clank, God of War, Prince of Persia etc.

I played a little know PS2 gamed called Beyond Good & Evil that was awesome. Kya Dark Lineage....Spinx and the Cursed Mummy, Psychonauts, Dr. Muto.....

I'm mainly into fighting games and RTS games myself... but i love strategy RPGS, kart racers, some party games, FPS games... platformers... stuff like that.

And i'm probably one of the only people in this thread thats staunchy agianst Final Fantasy - except for their tactics series, which i can't get enough of.

But, i like making games more than playing them, for some reason.

I just finished getting a 100% on Heavy Rain, what an awesome game. Trying to get back into Red Dead Redemption. I bought it when it came out but have played very little of it.

As for games I like, just about anything. Not a fan of sports, like Madden of Fifa. Mostly into racing games, but also enjoy the FPS.

Lately I have been playing Breath of fire with the SuperNes emulator on my phone.... and playing Zelda Windwaker... Mainly a Pc Gamer

RE5, Left4dead2, mass effect, Street fighter 4, TeamFOrtress/Orangebox, The witcher,DMC4, borderlands, GTA4 (works horribly on my pc) & STALKER

CAN'T WAIT to get LaraCroft, Fable, Bioshock infinite or FRONT MISSION EVOLVED!

I love the previous Front Mission games and am waiting to check out this new iteration and see how it holds up.

Right now I'm playing Super Street Fighter IV...Cammy is my girl. Games I'm looking forward to...well Marvel vs Capcom 3 somewhat, it looks promising. And games I like, fighting games obviously, RPGs, Survival Horror, Adventure, and Left 4 Dead 2...it's basically the only FPS that I like.
