There was a Canadian version of photographer Bob Miser who regretted the day the posing strap disappeared! But static images do very little for me. There has to be movement. A lot of people are nostalgic about the times when they were young. I suppose some will look back with fondness on the lousy picture quality of the early videotapes. I myself love watching naked twinks cavorting in crystal clear images on my big widescreen TV. It's never been better.

For me, it's nothing to do with nostalgia -- The vast majority of these images were taken well before I was born, and yet I still love looking at them -- it's like visiting a museum of homoerotic photography.

Request to all who follow this thread: I'm reposting an image from earlier because I'm having trouble finding similar imagery. If anyone can direct me to imagery like this, or can post it please do. I have tried doing various search terms and have turned up nothing.

It was never my intention to 'hijack' his thread. I just wanted to be a contributor to the thread, since there seemed to be at least 2-3 vintage picture threads either in Hot Men and Gay Porn, Hot Topics, and Fetish, Kink, and other Threads.

It was logical that starting another vintage pictures thread would have been pointless, and unnecessary.

Yes it was logical, and as I said in the other thread - you don't own a thread just because you created/named it.
This is supposed to be about the community about giving and sharing, about interacting and having fun. There are a lot of other themed threads here with many different contributors and they manage to get along.
But this "I'll take my toys and leave" behavior probably shows more than anything what we were dealing with.
