I love that film! Was inspired to rent it after reading Ewan McGregor's story about it in Total Film magazine a few years ago:

I always like to tell this story: I was fucking Christian Bale, Batman, up the arse on a rooftop in King’s Cross and the crew was filming from another rooftop on the adjacent building. I find him pretty hot too. There is just something that is so sexy about him.
In Velvet Goldmine he plays a bisexual Iggy Pop like character and I'm pretty sure he gets naked in that, there might be a gay sex scene with him in it too but I'm not too sure.
There was a movie called The Pillow Book where played a bisexual character, I don't think the gay scene was too steamy or anything but he is naked a lot in that.
He also played a gay character in I Love You Phillip Morris, I've not seen that so I'm not sure if it is worth watching if you are looking for hot stuff though.

I'm sure he is naked in enough movies and does so many sex scenes that if you google the right stuff you'd find the scenes.
