Yes, like the others in this thread, I also prefer the 35-40 year old daddies. I like men who are fit, middle-aged, and look like they've been somewhere and done things. Older than that doesn't really do it for me.

I wanted to toss this observation in before any kind of tiff started about what defines a daddy, so here it is: Daddy is in the eye of the beholder.

Frankly, I feel like I know a daddy when I see one, but I also know I can't describe a daddy soley by age or height or body-type. It's just a quality, I guess. And that quality varies from man to man.

The first time some body called my daddy I was 25. I had my head completely shaven and a full, black, somewhat long-ish beard. I was flattered and a bit proud to be called that. Now that I'm closer to 40, I keep some fuzz on top of my head and some stubble on my face (a'la Jason Statham. Wish I could say I actually LOOKED like Jason, but his look is something I aspire to. Heh-heh!)

Recently, I had a gig where I was working outdoors, and in the summer heat a tanktop'd or shirtless torso was typical work attire for the dudes. After the gig wrapped someone confessed to me that several of my co-workers had given me the nickname "Baby Daddy" at work. I about spit out my beer.

I will not rest until I say, I could give these younger daddies a run for their money, and in fact, I like my men to be forty or older. My partner is now 60 and will be 61 this Fall. We are both examples of older daddies.
