    It´s because of the curve of the ass, which has a very high slope: it gives the impression that the ass is bigger than it can be, and consequently makes the asscrack line look shorter.
    Compare with the perfect bubble whore butt of Bailey in Soilwork´s signature image: the end (beginning) of the crack is closer to the beginning of the curve of the ass.
