I've seen the pics, and it's debateable whether or not they're real or fakes. They're either real, or really good fakes.

And while I'd love to find out that he's gay, because wow is he hot and a nice guy, I'd rather see him come out on his own terms, y'know?

Yeah...that scene made me turn the movie off. Disgusting pigs...killing off such a beautiful man in such a downright UGLY way. I was hoping through the movie that Matt's character would be one of the ones to live, talk about crushing a guy's dreams.. Though I have to admit... I got hard during the scene where the brothers were shackled upright. THAT was a hot scene.

Recalling those direct-to-video erotic thrillers of the 1990s, Matthew Bomer would've been ideal in casting him as, say, a detective investing a murder in a posh Florida or California area. Have him meet up with the femme fatale, and well, you know the rest. That's at least the straight scenario I can envision.

The gay pix were available on the net for quite a while, and discussed a lot in various soap opera forums. (Various fangurls were hysterical at the very thouight of someone they had the hots for being a 'mo, LOL.) The pictures showed Matthew in hot and heavy, male-on-male kisses, but unfortunately, like the Marty West "wrestling" pix and videos, they were ultimately deleted.

I haven't seen the show "White Collar" but was on Perez today and I guess the lead is openly gay and dating some guy named Simon Halls. He is very sexy. Itunes has a free download of the first episode so I'm gonna check it out. I don't recall ever seeing this happen with a new show.

I just watched the first episode. It was pretty good. It's like all the cable shows on that channel. It's all about looks and being what they perceive to be clever. He is so hot though. My gaydar would not have gone off for him.

"Gawd" bless the USA network for bringing us such phenomenal shows (e.g. White Collar, Royal Pains, Psych, and Burn Notice); they're doing infinitely better than the "major 3" networks in mho.

I thoroughly enjoyed the season premiere of "White Collar" and fully intend on becoming an avid viewer. Now to know that Mr. Bomer is openly gay is only another reason to praise the USA network and give its shows my audience, accolades, and recommendations.

Cause those pictures above aren't gay and it says it on Wikipedia and other sites. You may hate Perez but that doesn't mean there isn't truth in his gossip. Lance was gay and Neil Patrick Harris. The guys he says are gay are gay.

At one point Bomer's name was being thrown around a lot for the possibility of playing Superman in what eventually became Superman Returns. Around the same time, rumors of him being gay also surfaced. Suddenly all the talk about him being in Superman just disappeared.

I always wondered if he was a serious contender, and if those rumors might have cost him the job.

He's incredibly beautiful.

I read that also but he was a different directors 1st pick. Bryan Singer is gay so I doubt it had anything to do with him being gay. Brandon really was the better choice. He just has that Chris Reeve vibe that Singer wanted.

I just watched "White Collar" and found it entertaining. I thought Bomer was great. But whether or not he's gay is still up for conjecture in my mind, despite the pics posted above. A Google search reveals no official statement from the actor, only accusations by others. So like neoachilles, I'll be waiting for those two little words- "I'm gay."
