Well, I have never received postal mail spam for sex toys or anything, and I think if any company did that they could probably kiss their customers goodbye. They know very well that they're selling to married guys and people in various situations where privacy is a premium. As to whether or not you get signed up for spam e-mail, I couldn't say--- I got plenty of spam e-mail both before and after ordering anything online, so it didn't really make a difference.

But yeah if you're worried about it particularly with smaller sex toy outlets, try online drug stores. You'd be surprised what they carry in terms of toys and lubes and stuff in their online stores, and it still comes discreetly.
