Extremes. I believe the key to a happy life is to take all things in moderation.

depression, stress, anxiety and mental illness in the abstract world.

on the concrete form, lack of exercise, bad eating habits, and addictions.

Unhappiness.

To me, the two things that would completely ruin my life would be if I somehow became blind, or became HIV positive, but I think being blind would be the worst thing of all.
