I like the look of Gay DVD, it resembles a catalogue but one with moving pictures; a trailer plays top right as soon as you arrive, what a nice welcome. The latest titles to be added to the store are featured on the main page with links to the other areas over on the left. Having a quick tour around I found about 100 contributing studios here including Bel Ami, for you lovers of smooth and impossibly beautiful youths, Dark Alley Media for those who like older hunks and some more specialised studios such as Fisting Central and Cyber Bears.

You can also view the DVDs that are for sale by director or star but with 38 pages of stars to wade through youFll be better off using the search facility if you know a guy's name. I came across Tom Sawyer in the list and couldn't resist clicking his name for some reason. Up came a page with three titles listed and, out of curiosity, I clicked one. This took me to the movie details page and here was a whole heap of information. There were the front covers, which enlarge so you can see all the details, the price and discount offers, the release date, duration, the DVD Region (very useful to know) the language and even the aspect ratio. Beneath all these stats were a description of each scene, (some pages also have images) and links to the cast members' pages so you can see what other films your favourite guy appears in.

Searching the 'All Movies' pages is a great experience, there are 31 of them, but it did make me feel that I wanted to buy every title as they all looked so good. If you're not sure where to start, you'll find lists of the top ten sellers of the week, the editor's choice and a list of top bareback titles too. There is also a keywords page where just about every genre or category imaginable is listed so you can click up all titles that, for example, feature Daddies, or Straights, Speedos or Blondes. Just to give you an idea of the diversity here, there were seven British, 21 Russian and 163 other European titles.

As for pricing and discounts: there is an 'On Sale' area where you can hunt out the bargains. Here there are not only individual titles but packs of three or sets of six even, with great offers to be taken advantage of, like up to 37% discounts on some sets. Prices start at $19.99 and I would say, at a very rough guess, that an average price for a decent length movie would be around $49.99. Having said that there are three pages of movies that are each under $10.00 and these are still full length movies from some well known studios and there are many different genres covered in this special offer area too. Once you have decided which titles to buy simply click the 'buy' tab and add them to your basket. Then, when you are done, go to checkout. Here you will need to register, but it's free and means that your details are remembered for your next visit. Bottom Line:
This is a well stocked store with a wide range of gay genres, studios and stars. The pricing is reasonable and there are some great discounts and offers to be had. You get plenty of information about each DVD and ordering is simple. I really couldn't find any faults with Gay DVD and it measures up against 'main stream' online stores nicely.
