Collin O'Neal has been making porn for a little over three years, but in that time he has risen rapidly through the "ranks," adding his personally managed membership Web site, www.collinoneal.net, and directing credits to his XXX credentials.

His broad chest, cleft chin and furry torso are instantly recognizable, and the work he has done for multiple major studios and directors is a testament to his reliability on the set and sexual marketability.
His "Collin O'Neal's World of Men" films scours the globe for non-professional models willing to put themselves in front of his camera. If there's a sexual magnetic north towards which all dicks point, it wherever Collin happens to be filming.

Just Us Boys spoke to Collin about his porn past, present and future; his Web site www.collinoneal.net; his fabulous "World of Men" series; and his burgeoning career as a director.

Let's start with some basic stats - whichever ones you want to share. I'm 31, 5'10" (yes, people expect me to be 6'2" in person and always say I am shorter than they expected), my dick is about 9 inches and thick. My day job is now running my own company, Collin O'Neal Productions. I have a B.A. in Middle East Affairs and a Masters in Public Administration. I am currently single.

How did you get into porn? What was your first film? I was dragged into porn kicking and screaming by my ex, Arpad Miklos, when we were short on money. That film ended up being Skuff II by Hot House.

What was the inspiration for your "World of Men" series? How did Raging Stallion become involved? My love of foreign men was the inspiration. I have been traveling all over the world since I was 13, but when I got older, my sexual side kicked in and I started noticing men.

After I had a decent amount of content on my Web site I decided to go around to a few porn companies and offer to drop my Internet scenes onto DVDs. When I was in San Francisco doing a movie with Francois Sagat for Raging Stallion (Humping Iron), Chris (Ward) asked me to lunch. We talked a lot about the porn industry and he asked to see the scenes from my Web site. The following day, Chris offered me a distribution deal.

What cities do you plan to film in (or hope to film in) next? How many films do you think you'll release in 2007? I will have about five releases in 2007 and I already know Brazil and Spain are on the list. I would love to film a movie in Serbia or the Dominican Republic ... we'll see what happens!

Why Lebanon? How did you find the local models? I use to live in Lebanon and I go back at least once per year to visit friends, so I am very familiar with the politics, safety and dangers of filming porn there. Many models I find via the Internet, but many gays in the Middle East do not have access to computers, let alone access to gay Web sites so I took a trip in March to scout models and locations. I did find two of my models via the Internet and I imported three bottoms.

Did you encounter any difficulties filming in Lebanon? In one scene I noticed that you had to move a couple of times. Did you have unwanted visitors? There were many difficulties with filming in Lebanon. One time we were in a bombed-out building and a car kept driving by; it eventually stopped and a couple got out. Although we finally shooed them away, they caused Franáois and Said to pull up their pants a few times.

We were also filming b-roll in some ruins and were stopped by the police, who were not so friendly to me especially, as an American. When he discovered Viagra in my bag, he asked to have some, so I gave him two pills and all of a sudden I was his best friend.
Also, when I went to pick up Franáois from the Damascus airport, I was almost kidnapped by the taxi driver and had to jump out of the taxi and run through a slum until I found another taxi.

How do you get non-professional models to look so natural (not self-conscious) on camera? I think most guys can do porn if they really want to. Sometimes money motivates guys and some times voyeurism does, so you need to work with their motivation. Also, I work with a very small crew - my cameraman and myself - and most guys feel very comfortable with me as a director. Maybe even a little turned on.

Will you continue to use non-professional models in future films? Yes! I will also use a few professional ones to mix it up, though.

How do you think your films are different from other porn films? I always wanted to create a "hybrid" type of porn: a mix between glossy over-processed studio porn and handy-cam dark shaky amateur porn. I have shadows, different camera angles, some "normal" type models and I find models and locations that have never been used before. Chris from Raging Stallion liked my idea of shaking up the porn industry a bit with my hybrid style, so that is why he jumped on the chance to work with me.

Where did you learn to direct? I learned from the big boys! Chi Chi and Steven Scarborough are my greatest inspirations. I recently worked with Chris on Lords of the Jungle and really liked how he directed (he is really tough if he doesn't like what he sees). When I started to film the scenes for my Web site I used my past experiences on porn sets and my own eye for what I like to see when I watch porn.

On your Web site you mention yobs. What's a yob? LOL! A yob is nothing that America has an equal of, really, but I will try to explain. If you have ever watched Little Britain, the character Vicky Pollard is a yob, if not here ya go! A yob is a low class British youth who does not speak proper English, runs around in Puma jogging pants and jacket with a lot of tacky jewelry, lives in government housing and hangs around the local grocery store parking lot harassing the patrons.

What are your plans for your Web site? My site is being redesigned and will be re-launched early in 2007. I will be adding a blog, more pictures and travel slide shows (many people like non-sexual stuff). In addition to that, people will now have access to about four other sites.

Where would you like to be professionally this time next year? Wealthier! Not only because I am tired of scraping around for dimes and nickels, but I also want to go to a country to shoot a porn and not freak out about money. Oh, and I will now be directing for the Falcon family! My first movie for the Mustang line will be very soon!
