Celebrities In The Closet

Much of society is very gullible.  Much of society is made up of followers rather than people who can be themselves and think for thimselves.  While there are many many indications and topics of this, let's focus on just one for now: Celebrities.

Many people would say that celebs are the top of the food chain.  They're not the richest people in the world, but they are definitely rich, and they are more desired than most billionaires and pornstars.  With all their fame and fortune, they have one thing in common with you and everyone else in the world: They are HUMAN.  I kid you not.  Everything that you know to happen in society, every single thing, happens in the world of celebrities too.  Since there are fewer of them, it's naturally on a smaller scale and it's easier to control in the media (usually).   But you name it, drugs, underage drinking, molestation and rape, adultery, hypocrisy, and of course..homosexuality, to name a few.

But when these things happen in the limelight, it's eventually swept under the rug and almost always forgotten.  The catholic priests are one example of this.  At the top of that food chain are men who literally have sexually molested young boys.  The truth has finally come out, taken them to court, and they've spent millions paying off the families to just drop it.  Money, of course, makes the world go 'round so the everyone happily accepts these offers and pretends to forget along with everyone else who continues to attend sermons from these churches and live their lives just as these very priests have instructed them to.  While outside the limelight, men go to jail every day for doing the same thing.  This is often the case.  A double-standard on the grandest scale.  When you're ''somebody'', you can get away with a lot: Breaking traffic laws, being short, murder, even being Gay!

Just like in the real world, many of the one's pointing the finger on television are doing it themselves.  It's a human tactic for many to accuse or spotlight others like them to make their denial appear verifiable.  But then there are those of us ''in the know''.  It's common for gay men and women to lust over certain celebrities and accuse them of being gay.  Many false rumors start up and make the rounds and are usually deflected or diverted.  It's my belief that anyone who is not gay will simply deny it and say they have nothing against gay people.  They should even be embracing those around them who are gay.  But if you come out with a hatred for something, that's usually a phobia in the truest since, a phobia that derives from surpressing one's own desires.  This I know from experience, first hand and second.   Many ''straight'' celebrities are in fact gay.  Even some with families, just as in the real world.

If everyone who is gay and bi, and everyone who is cool with gay and bisexuality stood up and said so, they would find that we far outnumber anyone who actually is just legitimately against it.  I think that number would even surprise me.  But that's the perfect world, and we don't have that, do we?  What are your thoughts?

I never really understood where the rumors about Dr. Dre started.
why does not speaking about your personal life mean that you are in the closet? these people are bombarded enough by cameras and press as it is, and now they have people in their community screaming at them for nor objectifying the few secret parts of their lives they have left to scrutiny and targets.
very good article! I also think that more people should come out.
