Peter Z. Pan addresses his critics

Gay porn filmmaker Peter Z. Pan, who heads up the Florida-based PZP Productions twink porn studio, has apparently grown tired of reviewers who just don't "get it" when it comes to his films, including the recently-released Oliver Twink. That discontent prompted him to issue the following bulletin from his myspace account:

FYI TO ALL CRITICS

Okay, guys. I meant for all my movies to be corny and campy. That's what we were going for. We purposely made them that way!!! They are a PARODY of campy and corny material. It's called friggin' SCHTICK!

If I read another critic comment on the fact that they loved the movie, even though it was corny and campy -- as if we didn't know it was corny and campy when we were making it -- I'm going to snap the head off a chicken!!!

Come on, get with the program, people! I know I'm trying to do something different here, but really. It's not that difficult. Now I know why there is so much crap about there – because it's aimed at the lowest common denominator. God forbid you attempt to do something different; people go into an aneurism from thinking too hard.

Geez, we're Gay. We're supposed to be campy for God's sake. But for some reason the next Gay generation doesn't get "camp." Perhaps they're just stupid...or it could be all the Tina. This is why John Waters doesn't make many movies anymore. I'm sure poor Divine is spinning in her grave. (I bet some of you will have to "Google" Divine to see who he/she was.)

To those of you who get it, thank you.

I'm through bitching. The ironic thing is that all my movies, including OT, have gotten REALLY good reviews. I'm just a malcontent on the rag

Well, I personally LOVE the PZP movies BECAUSE they are so campy and hilarious. (In fact, Betwinked, which was a parody of the sitcom Bewitched, is one of my favorite twink porns of all time.) But don't think that PZP's parodies are limited to their films. Their ads are also parodies too. For example, this ad for OT is a parody of Michael Lucas' advertising campaign for his upcoming film Gigolo.
