I have a very public life here in Central Pennsylvania, the Appalachian trial just by me, and I do not usually frequent places that are gay hangouts. Most of our friends are a mix of people and so we frequent the common places in Harrisburg.

I am just now finding this thread, and I have been here for 19 months. I know a number of other JUBbers I could identify who are also JUBbers including some from Harrisburg. We have an annual Gay Pride Parade.

It appears to me that there are not a significant mass of us to pull off a JUB Meet or are leaders interested in doing so. Truly some of JUB's notable characters are Pennsylvanians like Rational Lunacy who as he says it, "Lives among the Amish."

Question; do we HAVE to have an entire PA meet? Why can't we just split into regions? That said a NEPA meetup would be nice, since the majority of us don't travel far. It would be a challenge as to where we would meet. The only gay bar I know of in NEPA is Twist in Wilkes Barre, and even there, about 90% of the people who go are straight and it's fairly small.
