Just found this thread and wanted to add some background to the Carolina Jim disappearance from Vangar...

A couple summers ago I got an e-mail from him (honest! I'd requested a special video for my bf and he wrote back) saying his vids and images were being taken off of Vangar because he'd had a disagreement with Gary, who runs the site. As I recall, Gary wanted Jim to do something he 'wasn't comfortable with' for the Vangar site. We exchanged a few e-mails back and forth, me suggesting that he sell his own vids/pics adding he would make a fortune because he's so HOT! He said he would think about that but I never did hear back from him again and I never did find out what the "something" was they Gary wanted him to do...although I could think of PLENTY of possiblilites...GRRRR!!!

His vids/pics did disappear from the site for a few weeks but I see they're back again...

I'm curious if anyone else got the original e-mail announcing his split from Vangar? I got the impression it was an announcement to everyone on his mailing list.

There is that file on eMule/eDonkey, which never goes beyond 6% or something, but I KNOW it's the real deal since I took the raw file and opened it with VLC, and could see about 35 seconds of material.

If you read through the whole thread it sounds like all of his stuff was pulled from Vangar and Global. All the links to his stuff in the thread now go to "page not found".

Yeah, I saw they still had DVDs but I paid for the membership hoping they would have those videos streaming or whatever as well but they didn't. All they have is pictures (granted some of Jim I haven't seen posted anywhere before) and bad second rate porn.
