It's a horrible way to go.
Pete, I am sorry about your partner.
The video has 2 million views in 22 hours of being uploaded

There is news footage of an African American guy who is shook up when interviewed. I think he saw what happened. It's a horrible way to go.

I somehow don't think the video of the burning wreckage is necessary.

Too good looking to die young

    R.I.P
I suddenly thinking this meaningful song

Feeling my way through the darkness
    Guided by a beating heart
I can't tell where the journey will end
But I know where to start

They tell me I'm too young to understand
They say I'm caught up in a dream
Well life will pass me by if I don't open up my eyes
    Well that's fine by me

    [2x]
So wake me up when it's all over
When I'm wiser and I'm older
All this time I was finding myself
    And I didn't know I was lost

I tried carrying the weight of the world
But I only have two hands
Hope I get the chance to travel the world
But I don't have any plans

Wish that I could stay forever this young
Not afraid to close my eyes
Life's a game made for everyone
    And love is the prize

    [2x]
So wake me up when it's all over
When I'm wiser and I'm older
All this time I was finding myself
    And I didn't know I was lost

    Didn't know I was lost
    I didn't know I was lost
    I didn't know I was lost
    I didn't know (didn't know, didn't know)

There is a pic of paul walker's dead body spreading on the net and it wasn't pretty. Is that for real?
Society is funny. They ask you to be yourself and yet they judge you.

Sometimes an actor's death just cuts deeper than most and this is one of those for me. Now his face is hauntingly beautiful and you learn that he was a nice, generous, loved man by everyone who knew him and it slashes a little deeper. I feel so bad for those that loved him and knew him on a personal level. What a great heart break it must be. I am so sad. Thank you, Paul for the excitement, the thrills and for being. Too soon gone.
I think you mistake me for someone who cares.

I wondered too. I don't think it is, no, looked like an axe wound and there were no burns. Some sick bastard must have forged it.

Yep. I've always been kinda careful when out driving. And I think that's a good thing actually. I never speed, and the roads here in winter can be deadly, so it's important to drive carefully.

He has a daughter. She's 15. I can't even imagine how she must feel, poor thing. They're all in my thoughts tonight.

Probably not, and if the pic is ever released, I don't want to see it. I prefer to remember Paul in all of his manly beauty.

It would have been SO cool if he was one of us, BTW.

That was shocking when I saw that yesterday. I believe we all choose to go when we die and that it's all good because life is eternal. It's amazing though how it can hurt to hear about a celebrity dying who you watched in movies for years even when you don't know them. He did seem like a nice guy in his interviews.

The driver died on impact. A fire started about a minute after the crash seen on a 2nd security camera. Paul died of traumatic and thermal injuries. A horrible way to die

Stop making this guy out to be a saint. How would you like it if a loved one was killed by him or his friend? Going 90 to 100 mph on a residential street is idiotic!

  14. #764

    Re: Paul Walker [merged]

Your little rant makes no sense. Nobody was killed because of Paul Walker. He was the passenger in the car. Now getting upset at thr guy who was driving would be another thing.

Still so sad! The story now just coming out he anonymously bought a ring for an Iraq war vet (to give to his fiancÚ cause the vet could not afford it), he was a beautiful man with a heart of gold!

I saw that couple talking on TV last night. One of the more heartwarming stories to show what a truly nice guy he was. What I'm a bit disgusted by is the ad for F&F6 running now. They say "a portion" of the money will go to Paul's charity. Don't say how much that portion is. I think it's just an unbelievably crass way to milk as much money out of this tragedy as possible. People still want to get rich even if they have to exploit his death.

I havent seen that ad but it seems that would be in bad taste.

An expert who examined the crash guessed that they were going 90 to 100 mph. Can one really believe that mangled mess was caused by 45 mph? Get real.

also in an interview Walker claimed to drive as fast as 180 mph on the highway. Why did'nt he tell his friend to slow down?

It wasn't residential, it was industrial. Not saying that makes it right, but just keeping things honest.

  21. #771

    Re: Paul Walker [merged]

Ok, It was industrial but they were going about 100 mph. Too bad they were so into speeding, same goes for anyone involved in an auto accident. Too many die from speed and booze.

It was reported that they were only going 40 to 45 mph. Which was the speed they were suppose to be going. Then there was a sharp turn where the speed dropped down to 15 mph.

From the sounds of it they didn't slow down fast enough, because they didn't have enough warning.
I couldn't get my mind off you all day.

45 mph can do a hell of a lot of damage. Who you gonna believe? The police or Inside Edition?

Between the two, Inside Edition most definitely. Since when have police, or anyone managed by a government, been known to be trustworthy?

Just use some common sense, Francis. Two race car enthusiasts in one of the fastest street cars in the world on a well-known strip for speeders. They were just out for a weekend leisure stroll in their Porsche Carrera GT going speed limit when they just happened to have a freak accident leading to their infernal death. Yeah, sure, going speed limit, whatever fairytale you wish to believe.

  25. #775

    Re: Paul Walker [merged]

Thank you Spiff. 45 mph would not do such incredible damage. And I believe Inside Edition also. The police would lie about it because some might wonder why they let them get away with speeding at 100 mph.

Hey I 'm sure Walker was a good guy, and I'm sorry it happened , but he and his friend were playing with fire and fortunatlely no one else was hurt.
