I used to despise Frank, especially from the Real World days; but I think he's changed a lot. I think he saw how disgusting he was when drunk and, despite a few falls early in the challenge, managed to clean that up. I still strongly dislike his willingness to say mean things to people though.
It was telling on the reunion show that the other competitors appeared to respect him. They seemed to me to have no respect for Sam. She has a good screen presence but her performance was atrocious. I think that a cast member who is recruited for the challenge has the obligation to get into reasonable shape or to refuse the invite. She is about as unathletic as anyone there and this is compounded by her refusal to dig deep and give any effort. I think she has extremely serious personality problems also.

Maybe I missed something, but I don't see what's so bad about him. He may be a lot to handle but he shouldn't be "ashamed of his existence".
