Actually it is a goose. And the goose's name is Leland.

Bubba wasn't a very red haired red head. But Mama made reference to Bubba being a red headed boy. And that is what got Vint to thinking he was adopted.

In "Mama's Family" he only appears shirtless when the family goes to Hawaii. And then it's only long distance view.

I only recently started watching reruns of the old show, "Mama's Family." I fell in love with Bubba and is sexy tight 501 Levis. He was hot in those jeans.
