Has anyone had success with hair transplants?

My forehead is getting bigger as my hairline is receding. I need to do something fast! I'm wondering if anyone has gotten hair transplants and/or gone through Bosley, the Hair club, etc?

Instead of panicking over hair loss and expensive plugs, look into styles that utilize the coming lack of hair?
I'm not cruel, sir, I won't shoot you in the guts, but I will make you realize how much you took your toes for granted.

The best style for me is a full head of hair! Ugh. Maybe I should look into Propecia!

I'm 28, and my hair has been receding since I was 17. The rate slowed down quite a bit in my 20s, but I'm still losing my hair little by little. I doubt I'd ever deal with the expense of a hair transplant, I just wear a hat all the time.
Also, I have wavy hair, so I can't even style it to make it look like my hair's not receding. If I don't keep it short, it goes wild and sticks up and I look like Sideshow Bob

I have seen people who get the plugs; it's odd-looking.

    An interesting article

But the procedure, performed by plastic surgeon Niall Kirkpatrick was a success, and the skin on the back of Mr Stoyanov's head stretched enough to cover his entire scalp, meaning he no longer has the bald patch.
