It's no secret that a lot of us have challenges at times in our relationships. My partner and I recently started talking about couples counseling to work through some issues regarding communications. A friend of ours in a long term relationship (30 years) shared that sometimes it is important to go to couples counseling to air out issues. Has anyone here done this before? My friend sent us a video that gave us some points and tips but if you guys have any thoughts I would love to here.
