Do you buy stuff with Febreze in it?

I mean things like brand-name laundry detergent, cleaning products, etc. I find it odd that the products which used to be promoted for their scents (such as Gain, Tide, Mr. Clean) now contain the fresh scent of Febreze. I've never bought anything with Febreze in it and never will.

How as Febreze wormed its way into so many things?

    We only buy unscented products.

Who wants to smell like an old lady's vagina after she's just dusted it with talcum?

No, but I do buy Febreze because, unlike Lysol, it really does work, in my own experience.

I have Febreeze, but I don't have any products with Febreeze added into it.
I thought what made Febreeze work so well was that it soaks into cloth and traps the smell? A Glade plug-in that smells like Febreeze can't work nearly as well.

I buy Febreze for occasional specific uses. Generally I try to buy unscented products.

It wormed its way in because it works reliably.

Never ever ever. I associate air fresheners with toilets built in the twenties and thirties.

If you want a clean house don't try to overstink the stench. Clean it up.

I utterly adore Febreze! The liberal use thereof is so much easier than actually bothering to wash things.

Yupppers. I used Tide cold water with some Feeble Breezes built in... I have been used to the smell of both tide and downy... so this is just another smell added. Beyond Tide or Downy I typically am not very picky. Other soaps make me itch and downy protects the clothes more than it does anything for me.

I have head that buying febreeze is just being ignorant sense you can water down fabric softner and mist it yourself.

no, the Febreze scent makes me think of being a pothead college student, when it was acceptable to just Febreze down the room instead of actually cleaning.

You're not meant to just febreze the room, you're meant to clean it first then febreze it.

    Fabreze, Lysol all the same..
they trigger my ashtma. I rather use rose water- a classic fabric freshener, not to mention natural.

I can think of 84 billion reasons in 2013 alone: http://www.pg.com/en_US/downloads/in...nualReport.pdf

Proctor and Gamble has dominated the market for decades.
