Boss sexual harrassment or something esle???

First off let me say hello everyone I have been visiting this site for a really long time but never posted but I really need help with this problem thanks in advance

I am a guy and I recently went to go talk to my boss about college since I am currently going to a community college I will be transferring soon. Anyways, I went to go talk to him about helping me decide on some degrees I was looking at he was sitting in his seat and I was standing in front of him the door was closed and there is a window on the door in which you can see through. When we started talking he began rubbing his dick like he was scratching it but he did it a lot harder than a normal scratch. When he looked at his computer I looked down he had a full hard on his legs were wide open like he wanted me to see it. I am really confused because this man is married with two boys and has two other grown kids in their 20s what should I do I had the strongest urge to say something like "are you OK" or "are you itchy" what should I do if he does this again.

    Yawn.

My former boss hit on me (she didn't know I was gay at the time) and said to me: "You remind me of my husband when he was younger." Course she went onto cheat with a maintenance guy and was subsequently fired. She had a husband and two daughters too. Even more amusingly, I took over her position.

Anyway, just ignore it and remain professional.

Is there someone you can speak to? Is there anyone above your boss?

If it's one incident, maybe do nothing. If it happens again I wouldn't ignore it unless there are no other options to report him and his behavior.

I'd make sure not to be alone with him. If you have to be in his office make sure the door stays open. It's ok to tell him you are uncomfortable with the door closed.

I do also know his boss but he is almost never to be found. He is always making business trips so he rarely is available.

He also has this habit of tickling me on my lower sides right above my waist. He will say hello and then start tickling me. Some of my co workers have noticed this he does not do this to anyone else. I don't understand why he does this. Are most married men like this? If they are not getting any at home? Why me why doesn't he just try to harass a woman why is he doing this to me... a guy?

I am really confused I do have the feeling he knows I like guys (the way I talk and act). I also know his wife, she is the head woman at a department store. She looks like she does not give it up to him at all... Do some married men try to "play for the same team" like that?

If he's touching you and making you uncomfortable it IS sexual harassment.
How you choose to manage the situation is your decision.

If he is a South American, some of them have a tendency to act childish and a bit gay. I wouldn't put too much meaning into it.

If he's scratching it then it must be itchy. Doesn't every guy do a full-on-dive-on-inside-the-pants-to-the-dick-and-scratch-that-itch-near-the-balls at one point or another? And stop looking at it. If he's good looking then he's probably hitting on you. If he's ugly, then that's harassment. And be kind to animals. It's not their fault you're fucking gorgeous.

You can always say that you would rather not play like that or that you feel uncomfortable about it. You can also ask your colleagues to help you give him a hint that you are not into his 'playfulness'. Or, you can always find a better job.
