93 Years Ago Today, The 19th Amendment Gave Women The Right To Vote

Let's see..."Stonewall" happened in 1969. 43 years ago. Nearly half of what it took the suffragettes to get the vote. If everyone keeps at it, we're going to win too!

    Not to worry.

The GOP will find a way to stop women from voting.

The early morning misogynist speaks to us.

This article is a year old but still relevant:

A frequent Fox News guest has drawn wide condemnation for saying women should have never been given the right to vote.

    Sean Hannity loves him.

Is it their fault that coming from you, such a statement sounds serious?

Hey springer. Don't you you know that I was joking too? Maybe it is because you couldn't even tell when a joke was turned back on your joke. Talk about a lack of a sense of humour.

^ Hey, Springer. How about not derailing the thread and baiting other forum members? You damn well knew people were going to respond to that lame joke you made. Then accusing them of hating you is trollish, at best.

It's amazing to think only 93 years ago, women were given the right to vote. These were progressive feats to expand the rights of minorities that has lead to a much better quality of life for all. Its heartening to see that day coming for us.

The next step of the GOP is limit voting only to free white males over the age 21 and own property.

I'll reply again ... you and others don't have a sense of humor. You'll use anything within your grasp to jump on someone or something you don't like.

I have NO doubt that they'll do something to try. Before 2016.

Especially watch North Carolina, Texas, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Colorado (which isn't "there" yet but could emerge). NRA is very heavily targeting some state house Democrats, and they could tilt the Colorado legislature Republican...

Oh - and Florida, Virginia too.

No, the foetus isn't 18 years old yet.
D...UMP has one hand in Putin's pants, and he wants his other hand on the nuclear button. USA, please don't commit suicide.

NEVER HAVE UNPROTECTED phone sex! Otherwise, you may later end up with hearing AIDS!

    P. J. O'Rourke (Republican humorist, paraphrased): Clinton will be a disaster, but within normal parameters. Donald Trump will be a disaster in ways that no one could possibly imagine.
