I can't think of the movie that made me cry last... maybe it was "Into the Wild"

the last time I involuntarily got emotional was while singing the song "So Far away" by Dire Straits. That was about a month ago.

    Brian's Song

    From Wikipedia
a 1971 ABC Movie of the Week that recounts the details of the life of Brian Piccolo (played by James Caan), a Wake Forest University football player stricken with cancer after turning pro, told through his friendship with Chicago Bears running back teammate and Pro Football Hall of Famer Gale Sayers (Billy Dee Williams), who helps him through the difficult struggle. The production was such a success on ABC television (November 30, 1971) that it was later shown in theaters, with a major premiere in Chicago; however, it was soon withdrawn due to a lack of business. Many critics have called the movie one of, if not the finest telefilm ever made.

Ah, Dead Poet Society did make me weep. It was more tears of frustration and empathy towards the main character, I feel.

ET made me cry. I did not want the friendship to end, and yet I knew it had to happen. That was sad.

    Ella Enchanted

I have no clue why, but every time the scene comes where she sings Somebody to Love it gets to me.

Too many to list. Despite my rough, tough, manly man exterior, I'm a softy at heart. And it's not necessarily the move in and of itself; for example, I recently watched Oz the Great and Powerful with James Franco, and there were two different scenes with the little China Girl that had me crying, but the movie as a whole was pretty meh.

Or in Monsters Inc, when Sully is having to say goodbye to Boo, she keeps running toys over to him, and he finally tucks her in, enters the closet, closes the door and she runs over to it, opening it to find just the closet, and she says "Kitty?" has me bawling... and later, when the door is restored and he sticks his head in and calls her name, and you hear her off screen saying "Kitty!"... yup, I just lose it.
