    June, it appears, has always been a momentous month for the GLBT. According to some articles I've read, Pride is to celebrate / commemorate the riot at Stonewall, saying you have pushed us too far, we are going to assert our rights, we are not going to hide.

    Saw this article, remembrance of the occasion by a bartender there.

    I'm reading this and I can't help thinking this year, while gay pride celebrartions in Barcelona, a bunch of polices have attacked people in one popular street, including a famous alternative gay bar.
