I'd love to learn how to speak Japanese.
I'd love to learn how to speak Japanese.
Spanish and Mandarin
American Sign Language
Italian. My family has ancestors from Italy and I live just an hour's drive from the Italian border.
But I don't have good language skills; learning French was extremely difficult and I still haven't lost my accent after 23 yrs speaking the bloody language daily.
Me too Matt.
And Spanish (I took it two years in high school but by my Senior year I forgot it)
I may be bad, but I'm perfectly good at it.
I've learned Spanish already, so I needs me anotha!
Author of Lost in a Dream. If you want to make me smile, read it and tell me what you think.
French, Italian...any of the romance languages.
Greek, Latin, and Italian
And Chinese Mandarin.

Spanish and Italian---
German, of course.
Scottish Gaelic and Welsh (or Gibberish)................. on a second thought maybe not.
Though I wouldn't mind learning some Russian or Polish (I like how it sounds).
Japanese! I would love to learn it because I want to visit Japan someday
Dorothy: Look, fluffhead. Why should I deny being in denial? I never said I was in denial, YOU are the one who said I was in denial, and don't you deny it.
French, German, Spanish or Swedish
There's a lot of different languages I'd love to learn, but I'm gonna have to go with Russian. It's such a unique, interesting language! In fact, I'd like to learn any Slavic language.
Mandarin and German.
Mainly Italian, since my entire family on my mother's side speak Italian. But also French. And then Japanese, 'cause I find the culture really interesting and the language cool.
I'd like to learn Vietnamese, mainly for work-related purposes. I'd like to be able to read the literature in the original language.
Recently I heard a 'wise guy' story that I had a party at my home for twenty-five men. It's an interesting story, but I don't know twenty-five men I'd want to invite to a party. ~Joan Crawford
So I could get into the mind of the fascinating Belamo who may —or may not— be in this picture.
Japanese so I would be able to read imported Japanese video games.
Spanish. Had two years of it in high school but never used it and forgot most of it. Now that I travel a lot, want to learn it again.
I know some German already, but I'd like to learn Spanish too.
All of them. If Ihad to pick one I'll say German.
If I wasn't such a lazy lazypants I'd get up to speed with Hindi. But as it is, I pull out my books over some coffee once in a while and read a paragraph or two. I utterly lack discipline.
American Sign Language, Russian and French.
I couldn't get my mind off you all day.
I wanna master Icelandic and then some, to read some original old icelandic literature like Njal's Saga etc.
Better, more advanced modern Greek, because my father was a first generation immigrant (all his family is still there)and it was easier for us to have a working understanding of it (so we did about four years of elementary Greek at Holy Trinity "Socrates" Greek School) and got the gist of simple, village (chordiatiko, yes like the salad) vernacular (the basolect, if you will.) The highly-educated Athenian arcolect spoken on the news still goes way above my head. (They call this cosmopolitan Demotic [of the people, the demos,] but to me, it might as well still be Katharevousa or ancient Attic!)
I'd also like to retry my hand at Español, I was flipping fine on present tense...then we started on "preterito" the past tense, and my brain just went to jelly! My goodness, I was thoroughly mind-f*cked after that year was over.
And lastly, I have always been jealous of those who took French (and Eastern Canadians), as I was trying to realistic and decided Spanish was more practical here in the lower forty-eight...well, I should have done it as I still have a huge desire to know la langue d'oil! Je suis tre triste!

I would love to learn all the languages if possible. I'm greedy.
I am learning Spanish, slowly. The French course I bought with it remains unopened in its packaging.
I would then like to learn Russian or Japanese. How the hell I will practice either remains to be seen, though.
