    Beard trimmers

Firstly, do not know if this is the right section to put this in, but there is no fashion section.

Does anyone use a beard trimmer? I want to start using one, but do not want to buy one that hasn't been recommended. I like having the 'designer stubble' look, so I need something that can trim fairly close to my face, but keeping the hair. It would also be needed for a mustache, so I guess it will need to be able to hit narrower areas.

    Thanks.

Wahl is kind of the "Rolls Royce" of trimmers, but I've never owned one.

Personally, I use a Phillips "Vacuum" trimmer. It's fully adjustable from 1mm to 18mm without changing any trim guards. But the best part is that it actually sucks the whiskers into a little compartment that you can just tip into the trash, rather than getting tiny hairs all over the bathroom and down the sink. A few still escape, but the vast majority are caught.

Wahl trimmers are known for being narrow, good to shape with in small areas and close to skin trim an very durable product. Conair iStubble is good for creating the various length stubble look. Check amazon reviews.
