Unintelligible for the slow minded. He was quite accurate and amazingly clear in his intro rant. I don't understand how an english speaking person could get confused.

He clearly stated that guns are more lethal with larger capacities and, in case after case, the "Pause" allowed the gun man to be stopped or people to escape... he illustrated it with the fact that a nine year old, Christina-Taylor Green, in Arizona was killed with the twelfth bullet and Jarrod Laughtner was dropped when he changed magazines. A ten round cap would stop that....

Please stop by if you need further help ....

P.S. What is truly mindless is that it took a super majority of our elected leaders to decide to discuss the issue of Massacre Control.

oh it was a rant ?

is that the standard way of communicating ?

maybe in your foxhole (irony?) but not in real life

breathing while talking, pausing, is a good thing

you don't get extra points for more words per minute

    not very primetime either

you and chris should take a lunesta and get some rest

    My question was rhetorical

We all know u don't and didn't watch

Which makes your commenting on it sorta invalid

Discussing Chris Hayes - and there's no video - no outrage - just not digging his rapid fire riff

The only thing that's tough to keep up with, is the lack of punctuation and grammar in your posts ^_^

A grown up sees both sides of an issue

Vs being one note partisans where the answer precedes the question

    Read it again

Then tell us which one best describes yourself

The correct answer will be revealed later in the program

As for Chris I agree with ....

    Informative and not engaging

Indeed. A grown up also never pretends that all sides are equally worthy of respect and consideration. Because a grown up is in possession of critical thought.

But keep studying grown ups. It will do you a world of good... one day.

Critical thought requires review of materials up for debate

Not just what u want to discuss

Flailing is not contributing much less critical thought

Try reading and watching the material before commenting

You'd sound less uninformed and we might get the benefit of a considerate thought

As for Chris he probably reads huff Po on his iPad as he's screwing mrs. Hayes

Melissa is doing a great job as all the other MSNBC journalists are. The higher the ratings the more people know of them which threatens the right wing agenda. It won't be long until Fox and Friends attempts a smear piece on her. Drugs Limbaugh needs to get his misogynistic jabs in there for his uneducated and easily manipulated listeners.

Re: MSNBC Shake-up: BIG Ed is out of Primetime & Sexy Chris is in.

Interesting piece on MSNBC - what they are - what some of their "stars" say they are - how they "report"

Killer (and damning) piece - some highlights:

“Listen, my job is to cover these things, not to tell you how I like them or not.”
-Rachel Maddow describing her MSNBC anchor role to Bill Maher on HBO’s Real Time, June 23, 2012
The Pew Research study released Monday—one that finds MSNBC has an 85/15 ratio between opinion and news reporting, is hardly surprising for those who watch the network. Fans of MSNBC will simply counter with the usual, “But FOX does it, too!” argument. But the Pew study says otherwise, showing relative balance: 55 percent of FOX’s content is opinion, while 45 percent is dedicated to hard news.
Remember not too long ago, MSNBC used to be a solid third (and even fourth) place cable news network. It’s 2007 prime time lineup, for example, was the following fair and balanced offering:

    Tucker Carlson (conservative)
    Chris Matthews (liberal)
    Keith Olbermann (liberal)
    Joe Scarborough (conservative)

    It now consists of:
    Al Sharpton (liberal)
    Chris Matthews (liberal)
    Ed Schultz (liberal)
    Rachel Maddow (liberal)
    Lawrence O’Donnell (you’ll never guess…)
It's working - as their ratings have gone from hash marks to respectable .......

    so it will continue

but at least be honest about it Rachel - not a liar

I agree. She is using their formula. Say things they will attack and then they will use their air time to promote you and thus you will gain people who actually listen to the view.

The libs have been using the republicans game and the idiots on the right are going along like lemmings. I think it is amusing.

Chris and Melissa "discussed it" last night - LOL

create controversy - then discuss the criticism

the two of them as key players in any "news" organization is a hoot

one has a speech impediment - the other doesn't now how to organize thoughts into sentences

    LOL

but i guess an organization that pays al sharpton to give us his daily commentary 5x a week is subject to more mistakes

Always amazing about the libs. It's ok if they have opinions and strongly verbalize them but want conservatives to STFU.

Wait this thread isnt about speech impediments and low self esteem?? damn
in our playground in CE+P there's the mean girls ....... who snicker in the corner spouting their partisan bullshit - outside of the playground NO ONE likes them - so they stay in the playground

then there's the regular handful in the playground - who don't see it like the mean girls - they speak their mind - they don't always agree with each other either - they love the playground and succeed outside of it

just a little story i wanted to tell

Will do. But it's owned by the guy who owns Hydrate, which is a giant pit of despair, so I'm hesitant.

And I know you try. Keep trying. Ultimately, that's all any of us can do with certainty - try.

Well Melissa Harris Perry is continuing to get her wish from the Right Wing Media...Earlier this morning Glen Beck dedicated a radio Segment to her sound-bites from Sunday's show. He didnt call her any names he just discussed what she discussed...

Chance is right .. children do much better with a two-parent home structure.

Springer, if your Mom is doing all of that for you then that explains a lot.
All three of you are saying the same thing. And all of you are right, in some aspects. Statistically, children are better off in two parent homes. It does not matter what gender the parents are. Generally, the single parent home is headed by the mother. Women are lower paid. The single parent has to do all the jobs, breadwinner, cook, clean, teach and all of that. The two parent household has the ability to split the chores, and have more time for the children. Second, the parents bear the responsibility for raising the child, they provide for the needs of the child through their taxes, everyone doesn't need to hire their own teachers, firefighters, or police. We form a collective, and pay for them collectively through our taxes. I pay a portion of the money that provides teachers and firefighters for Chance's kids. Through my taxes, which the federal government redistributes nationally. Each state gets a fund from the federal government that pays (or is supposed to) pay for education and infrastructure. I believe that federal government also pays a portion of the moneys that provide 911 service and law enforcement. It is the many components of our society that raise a child. Unless you live in a cave, and homeschool, your kids are raised by a society. A society of teachers, parents, social workers and peers. Everything you take for granted, power lines, telephone lines, streets, law enforcement, and schools are paid for by the parents, with some help from every one of the rest of us.

Chris Hayes is doing a progressive monologue - w/o breathing

someone really needs to tell him to slow down - just a bit

    he's doing a sequester/republican thing - as in it's all their faults

    not the administration's fault

    yawn

he really is not good on TV - at least not in primetime

    he's cute though

Chance Chris & Melissa have featured Republicans/Conservatives on their weekend panel since they've been on the air. They don't allow a Conservative to sit in for 2hrs, but they do give them a Good 15-minutes...LOL...

Remember Chance..FOX allowed Alan Colmes to be Hanity's door-mat for over a decade until Obama won the election. At least MSNBC gives Joe 3hrs a day and S.E. Cup co-hosts "The Cycle"...MSNBC is at least doing better than FOX in that department...

I STILL can't believe Juan Williams has left FOX or is not under contract and is NOW contributing on MSNBC..Even though his views on FOX were more Moderate than Conservative...I think it was last week when I first saw him and I had to look at the DirecTv guide to make SURE it was still on MSNBC...

And it's STRANGE seeing James The Rajin'Cajun Carville @ MSNBC...CNN has been his Contributing home since the days of the Clinton Administration...Former MSNBC Revamping executive KING Jeff Zucker decided to PULL James from CNN and throw him over to MSNBC. Of course James is among Family but it's gonna be harder for him to Argue with Commentators that AGREE with everything he agrees with...LOL...So on that point YOU got a Point...LOL...

And "Up's" Good looking new Host Steve Kornacki BETTER step UP his Game...Steve was witty & Funny as hell when he hosted "The Cycle" during the week..Now he is DRY as Hell and a snoozefest...Yeah, it's only been about 5-weeks but somebody need to tell him that the Down to Earth Steve from "The Cycle" needs to show up to work on Saturday & Sunday mornings..

I know something is wrong because I havent Pre-set my DVR to record it like I did when Chris hosted the show..I try to watch Steve LIVE and I'm just bored with it..I'm starting to tune it out...

Steve is only 34..I thought he was a few years older than that..

Excellent cheap shot! This goes to prove once again that practice makes perfect. It does not surprise me if you opt for Lawrence Welk - just your speed. Bobby Burgess was so cute... wasn't he?

Your comment proves that you don't know who Ed Schultz is very well. Why am I not surprised?

Looks like the Ed out Chris in decision was pretty bad - if ratings are the goal that is

It's no surprise - Chris is dull and hosts what is a very slow moving show

Sorry, you're not sharp enough to get the point. The only people who watch shows on early Saturday evening are the Lawrence Welk crowd ... just after their 4:30pm evening meal .. and in bed by 8pm.

MSNBC is telling us that Schultz' target market is older, recliner-type, false teeth-wearing adults -- the only people who watch TV during that time period.

It's pasture time for Schultz in 6 months or less.

    WTF is Bobby Burgess?
