Michael's attraction to innocent youth was an attempt to fill a void in his life caused by a lost childhood. I think he was mostly asexual, someone with romantic notions, but not capable of forming healthy, or long lasting sexual relationships. I do not think he was gay.

I don't think I ever thought he was gay. He lived a really screwed up life that went off the rails one day and he was never able to get back on track, his musical genius was lost in all the tabloid allegations and controversies.

Yes. But I'm not sure to what degree he acted on it. We know that something was going on behind closed doors that at least one boy was able to identify markings that he would only have seen had Jackson been naked. I've been told that it is generally believed by people who know all the parties involved that the big payout (20M?) to one kid was essentially extortion money.

I've also been told by someone who was in a position to know that Jackson had a congenital condition that made him incapable of fathering children. I didn't ask whether that was because he couldn't get it up or because he was sterile. There was a problem of one sort or another. I was told this many years ago, at the time of what's-his-name the celebrity dermatologist (and bear) 's nurse's pregnancy.

If he isolated it to the terminology, I'd get it. But he started talking about suburban life and blah blah blah. At best, he's horrible at making a point. At worst, he was going the "I'm not like the other gays" route. No time for it.
