If non-partisan NGOs were believed to be misrepresenting numbers, then why bother doing research at all? Actually the paper I quoted argued the opposite side to my point, but in that specific instance provided very compelling numbers.
As it should be. Only government can be counted on to promote fair distribution to combat hunger and malnutrition.And a mixed system is controlled by regulation and government.
