As I've written previously, for a number of months I've fasted 16 or so hours a day. After the first few days I experienced neither hunger nor fatigue--and if anything I have more energy. I was ripped and muscular before, and I am ripped and muscular now. However, my weight is up, with more muscle mass, and I'm lifting and pressing heavier weights. I haven't had any blood or other tests to show the internal effects this regimen has had on my constitution, and--in all honesty--now what I care about most is how I look and feel, and I'm more than satisfied.

^Thank you for sharing, Latimer. As I said before, I too have had excellent results with the program.

I do think, however, that the eating regimen may not be for everybody. I think some people have a genetic profile that responds better to smaller, more frequent feedings.

We all have to honestly assess what's right for ourselves.

I'm legit going to try this though, to an extent. Basically the diet is to eat lean meat/fish while consuming vegetables. Innovate.


It will go great with my new hunger suppresent extract, (that's totally legal in the USA )

The diet--which is really an eating plan, not a diet--consists of periodic fasting. You don't have to eat lean fish/veggies; you can eat anything you darn well please.
