There are so many ads where the only pic is one of a penis. And often not a particularly attractive one. Lets say well below average. Or a close-up of some guy's hairy ass. Arguably the written content in an ad is a more important. That's the only way you are going to tell what the writer wants.

If the written content is good (the writer is compatible and you can understand) you can ascertain through other means if you actually like* the guy.
