For looks: I like to see a fit guy in a pair of white FTL briefs. I like the "boy next door" look.

For wearing: Boxers hands down. A few years back, my curiosity made me try boxers to see why so many guys liked them. I persevered for a month with no support until I got used to them. I appreciated the freedom of not having my goods confined. When I put on my favorite briefs one day after a month of boxers only, I didn't like the briefs anymore. I've been a boxers guy ever since. I keep all my briefs and boxerbriefs for special occasions where I want to look sexy, but rarely wear them otherwise.

If it's "junk" you might as well have it chopped off, then you wouldn't need to worry if it was supported

I agree with having my "crown jewels" supported though, can't stand saggy boxers.

I'll be the first to admit that boxers are NOT at all hot to look at. I used to be a full-time briefs guy, and then curiosity made me check out boxers.
