This is the republican savior some here cheer and boast about... Bobby Jindal basically said republicans can still actively discriminate against gay people and still win elections. Not only that he recycled the same garbage about "aspirational private sector growth" that has been going around for years. Nothing new here.

He says republicans should focus on the economy... in reality, it's the last thing they should be focusing on considering they were the ones that screwed it up. Republicans end up being bad for the economy.

Most Republicans never met an old, fat, rich white guy they did not like. What surprises me is that Jindal is truly a minority--ought to be a bit more tolerant. Probably more gays than Indians in this country.

When the Republicians came to power in many states in 2010,the first thing they did in many states was go after gays (if they hadn't already) and abortion rights.
They'll get around to the economy after they make it impossible for women to control their own bodies and psuh LGBT folks back in the closet and lock it.
