Disney World VS DisneyLand: Is Mickey cooler on the East coast or the West coast?

Let's do this East Coast Vs. West Coast style...

I'm on the East coast and I've seen Mickey ONLY once. I think I was 10yrs old so I'm sure a lot has CHANGED in the last 26 years...LOL......As a kid it was a Dream come true and I still remember most of the week being there......LOVED it and didnt want to Leave....It hasnt been on my vacationing list through-out my Adult years...Hell, I spend so much money seeing most of the Movies Disney pimps at the theatres they should send me FREE Disney theme-park tickets...

I know an Ass of people that have gone to Disney World many times....I don't know a Soul that's EVER been to Disneyland....

Have any of you had the ultimate LUCK as a kid or Adult to see Mickey on the East & West coast?

I'm sorry I can't offer anything personally. Long lines and big crowds put me off, so an "amusement park" is not too amusing to me.

Over the years I've been to Disneyland 8 times; first when I was about 12, and the last when I took Ariel down there back in August '06.

I was in Disney World when it was just the Magic Kingdom back in the Summer of '72 and haven't been back since. I'd like to return to Disney World to see all the expansions.

I think I saw Mickey once in Disneyland walking around... and the rest of the time, and in Disney World, just in the parades.

I was in the military and had the luck to visit both Disney World and Disney Land, as a bonus, I have been to Euro Disney and Tokyo Disney. The one in Japan is a lot alike to Disney World, only with wider streets to handle the crowds. I think Euro Disney is the best, the Haunted Mansion is scarier.

Have only been to Disney World, and that was ages ago (single digit age) so I can't compare, and being so long ago my memories are a bit fuzzy. But I remember having a great time.

I've only been to EuroDisney near Paris and I had a blast when I went (still got my Lion King pass somewhere), hope to go back there soon ^^ But from what I've heard it's nothing compared to the American parks.

I've been to all the Disney parks except for Hong Kong, but I have to say that California is still my favorite - closely followed by DisneySEA in Tokyo.

Disneyland AND Disney World at least ten times each, and seven Disney cruises to boot. I give Florida the nod over California, just because there's a lot more to do.

I grew up with Disneyland. I was 3 1/2 years old when it opened. If I were to go to one, it would be Disneyland Park rather than Disney World.

Wow...You LOVED The Disney Cruise that much that you went back 7 times? You could have chosen countless theme cruises to try but you went back....So the Disney Cruise MUST be as awesome as Whoopi Goldberg says it is....

If you're looking for hot college guys, lots of gambling, partying until the sun comes up, and passing out in the corridor with your card key in your hand with a bunch of other cruisers...you'll hate the Disney Cruise. I like it because there's always a ton of activities, but it's totally cool if you want to do nothing. The food is amazing, the kids are usually sequestered away into their own areas (deck 5), there are plenty of adults-only spots, the spa is great, and Disney is almost anally-retentive about making everything perfect. I had one bad experience, and Disney swooped in and made it right.

I have only ever been to Disneyland, but I am sure Disney World is much better just because they have more to do.
