All non-U.S. citizens driving in Florida had a scare thanks to Florida lawmakers with their heads up their asses.
The law that came into effect on Jan. 1 requires all foreign drivers, except professional truckers, to have international driver's licences.
The chaos that ensued when this was publicized yesterday forced Florida to say the law won't be enforced. Further, the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles learned such a law likely the violates Geneva Convention on Road Traffic.
And perhaps Florida was shown a map showing there's another county north of it, too, from which at least three million people visited last year, very few of whom speak Spanish.
