"Shahs of Sunset" star Mike Shouhed got a helping hand from his butt oiling assistant/girlfriend as he readied his hairless golden muscles for his Playgirl spread, Sunday in L.A..

While there's no official word if he is going to go full frontal or pull a Levi Johnston, with a strategically placed towel, the 34-year-old real estate stud did let most of it all hang out while prepping for the shoot.

Soon everyone may get to see what his Middle East piece looks like.

I would once paid for a Playgirl subscription to see the Levi Johnston behind the scenes clips. They weren't bad at all but I chose not to renew after the trial period ended.

It's just quarterly now with the exception of special editions. So I would imagine he would be in the Summer 2013 issue.

They really could have done a lot more with him being decent looking, nice body etc This photo shoot is so tacky and half assed. Where is the concept of a story? He could have been in a nice mansion or they could have role played w/ him to help make it interesting.

Right on. I see it all the time at my gym. I don't understand why people don't like to work out their legs. They're my favorite to do, plus it keeps your body proportionate.
